Valor Hospitality Expands Globally Into Asia With Addition of Two Thai Hotels in Bangkok and Sri Racha
Valor Hospitality (Valor) announced today that its new Asia division has been selected to provide hospitality management services to two hotels and a luxury residential property on the world’s most populous continent.
The hotels include the continent’s first Staybridge Suites in Thonglor, Bangkok, and Thailand’s first Holiday Inn & Suites located in the coastal Thai town of Si Racha (both opening in 2020).
Valor Asia was also selected to provide concierge services to Hyde Heritage Thonglor, a 45-floor residential building in Bangkok, Thailand, that includes seven floors of public space and luxury facilities. These concierge offerings include, but are not limited to, housekeeping, laundry, catering and in-room dining, meet and greet, package receiving, and transportation coordination services. The property, tentatively set to open in 2022, is a joint venture between Sumitomo Forestry Co, Ltd. and Grande Asset Hotels and Property PCL.
With its three new properties, Valor Asia will be one of the first to provide third-party hotel management services on the continent.
The company’s expansion into Asia comes on the heels of Valor announcing the launch of its Middle East division this summer.
Valor provides nearly 80 hotels across Africa, North America and Europe with a wide range of third-party management services, including food and beverage, capital fundraising, sales and marketing and development services.

The luxury condo building in Thailand will be Valor’s first residential property ever. “While Valor typically provides services to hotels, that same dedication to top-notch service easily transfers to the needs of luxury condo-building owners looking to differentiate themselves from the competition by applying hospitality-style amenities to residential properties,” says Dulaphan Amatyakul, managing director of Valor Asia. “We’re looking forward to providing every resident of Hyde Heritage Thonglor the same high-quality experience they’d enjoy at any Valor hotel.”
