Thai developer AP (Thailand) aims to complete 100 projectsLeading developer, AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited, has reiterated its vision to complete more than 100 new residential projects worth a total of almost Bht112,000million.

The pledge has come as the company, which specialises in urban developments in the Bangkok area, celebrated its 25th anniversary in business.

AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited reaffirmed its commitment to be the leader in “Space Design”, and its focus on the details of residential development and design.

The vision has come from its founders and pioneering leaders, including Chief Executive Officer, Anuphong Assavabhokhin, Managing Director, Pichet Vipavasuphakorn and Executive Director Siripong Sombutsiri.

The team has made “AP an urban residential innovator that is able to meet every lifestyle need and every way of life of people living in cities”.

A few weeks ago, AP (Thailand) appointed Professor Dr Naris Chaiyasoota as a new director and chairman. He took over from Chatchaval Bhanalaph who served since 2004.

The developer concentrates on three main sectors, low-rise segment, which is related to the development of real estate including single detached houses and town houses; the high-rise segment, which involves in the development of real estate, after sales services, property brokerage and construction services.

It projects include Baan Klang Krung, BIZTOWN, Pleno, The Palazzo, SOUL, The City, The Centro, The ADDRESS, Rhythm, Life and Aspire.
