He has over twenty years project and construction management experience and has developed and delivered both small and large projects in the UK, Europe, South America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and South-East Asia.
Projects have been completed in the Commercial, Industrial, Education, Residential, Health, Leisure, Marine, Telecommunications and O&G Exploration sectors.
Highly motivated, pragmatic and versatile, the candidate is adept at managing all aspects of a project cycle and possesses very strong construction delivery skills where his ability to act as a reasoned interface between Clients, Consultants and Contractors has facilitated the successful and amicable resolution of all manner of project issues.

He is conversant with the major contract arrangements (FIDIC, JCT, NEC and PPP); and their associated procurement routes (Traditional, Design & Build, Two-Stage Tendering, and Turnkey).
Holding UK qualifications and professional memberships covering Project, Construction, Risk, HSE and Quality management, this candidate is able to manage, appraise, supervise and advise on all aspects of a construction project; and importantly to understand when external input is required.
His is used to providing both written and verbal reports to senior management including Project Boards and Director level personnel.
The candidate is currently residing in Thailand and is available at short notice. He is willing to work in any location including those deemed dangerous and or remote.
