There will be an ICC Arbitration Dinner Talk held on 28 November 2019 that you might like to attend. Unfortunately the member price is for members of ICC Thailand and not the CIArb. CIArb members will be required to pay the non-member price. This should be an interesting dinner talk with good food, wine and the opportunity to mix with your colleagues in the field of arbitration and ADR.

To assist for a greater understanding of arbitration and ADR both within Thailand and internationally, the Commission on Arbitration and ADR of ICC Thailand is holding the arbitration dinner talk on “M&A Disputes – Liability, Quantum and How to Avoid Dealing with Either” by Mr. Iain Potter (Director,
MDD Forensic Accountants) and Mr. Stephen Cheong (Dispute Resolution Counsel) on Thursday 28 November 2019 at 18.30 – 20.40 pm. at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Hotel.
The dinner talk is open to arbitrators, lawyers and other professionals that have interests in the field of arbitration and mediation. It is not necessary to be an ICC member to attend. In addition to the educational aspects this dinner talk also provide an interesting forum to discuss and share mutual experiences in an informal manner.
