โครงการดุสิตเซ็นทรัลพาร์ค เป็นโครงการพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ร่วมทุนระหว่าง บริษัท ดุสิตธานี จำกัด (มหาชน) และ บริษัท เซ็นทรัลพัฒนา จำกัด (มหาชน) (70:30) โครงการนี้มีมูลค่ารวม 46,000 ล้านบาท โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนาพื้นที่ 23 ไร่ ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ใจกลางย่านธุรกิจของกรุงเทพฯ บริเวณหัวมุมถนนพระราม 4 และถนนสีลม ตรงข้ามสวนลุมพินี โครงการประกอบด้วยโรงแรม อาคารที่พักอาศัย ศูนย์การค้า และอาคารสำนักงาน รวมถึงพื้นที่สีเขียวขนาดใหญ่ ดุสิตอรุณ อัฒจันทร์ ดุสิต เซ็นทรัลพาร์ค ซึ่งเป็นสวนบนดาดฟ้าที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศไทย โครงการนี้จะเปิดให้บริการอย่างเป็นทางการในส่วนของโรงแรม สวนบนดาดฟ้า ศูนย์การค้า และอาคารสำนักงาน ในเดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2568
