Property Perfect Pcl, one of Thailand’s major property developers, is planning to kick off 14 new projects by the year-end. Meanwhile, Bangchak Petroleum Pcl is about to complete one more acquisition in June.
Property Perfect’s to launch slew of projects
Thailand’s listed property developer Property Perfect Pcl announced that it will launch 14 projects worth 20.6 billion baht ($578.65 million) in the second half of this year.
Of this, 10 projects are single houses and townhouses worth 15.5 billion baht and the remaining four are condominiums worth 5.1 billion baht.
Wongsakorn Prasitvipat, chief business development officer, said, these projects would make it achieve the annual sales revenue target of 26 billion baht in 2016.
It reported 3.51 billion baht in revenue for the first three months and 5.41 billion baht for backlog by the end of March, all of which will be recognized this year.
“We have focused more on the premium segment to maintain our revenue growth,” he said. Meanwhile, it is negotiating to sell a 520-million-baht UniLoft Dormitory in Chiang Mai. He said, the firm is expected to close the deal this year.
