To assist for a greater understanding of arbitration and ADR both within Thailand and internationally, the Commission on Arbitration and ADR of ICC Thailand is holding the arbitration dinner talk on “The Right To Be Heard In International Arbitration” by Prof. Dr. Colin Ong and Mr. Lawrence Teh on Monday 12 September 2016.
The dinner talk is open to arbitrators, lawyers and other professionals that have interests in the field of arbitration and mediation. It is not necessary to be an ICC member to attend.
In addition to the educational aspects this dinner talk also provide an interesting forum to discuss and share mutual experiences in an informal manner.
