Gaysorn Property has resumed residential development with the launch of its second condominium project on Sukhumvit soi 61 worth THB1.3 billion (US$42.35 million).
After the launch of its first residential project Domus on Sukhumvit 16 four years ago, the company will launch the Mode Sukhumvit 61 next month. This low-rise condominium development will be located on a two-rai plot in Sukhumvit 61, with two eight-storey buildings and a total of 168 units sized between 43.6 and 87.5 sqm. Prices will start from THB128,000 psm (US$4,170).
According to the company’s managing director Fafuen Temboonkiat, the new project has generated 15 per cent pre-sales during its soft launch earlier this year.
“We’re looking to close sales for this project within a year,” said Fafuen.
He also added that targeted buyers for the Mode will be slightly different from the previous project which targeted the high-end segment demanding larger unit sizes. The Mode will focus on younger buyers.
As reported in the Bangkok Post newspaper, Thanachart Bank is offering project finance covering 70 per cent of the project’s construction cost.
