CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has been named the top real estate advisor and consultancy firm at the global, regional and local level in the 2010 Euromoney Real Estate Awards.

This is the fourth time that the company has won this title since Euromoney began the awards in 2005.

CBRE was also voted the number one advisor and consultancy firm overall and for Agency/Lettings and Valuation in Asia and Western Europe. In addition, CBRE Thailand was named the top advisor in Agency/Lettings and Research and the top Property Manager.

“We consider these awards particularly significant as it is our clients and peers who have voted on them,” said David Simister, Chairman of CBRE Thailand. “The award is a testament for the high caliber of services we deliver at a global and country level. In the last 12 months giving clear advice to overseas clients has never been more important.”

Euromoney, a leading international finance publication, annually polls its readers in more than 160 countries to identify the best advisors, developers and banks in the real estate market on a global, regional and individual country basis.
