Parliament will invite more bidders to vie for the contract to construct the new building in the Kiakkai area for a budget of 12 billion baht, he said.
The project has so far attracted only four bidders _ Italian-Thai Development Plc, Syntec Construction Plc, Power Line Engineering Plc and Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Plc.
Construction is expected to start in January next year and should be completed within 900 days, the source said.
