Archetype Thailand designs Dulapahills senior wellness facility in Sriracha, Chonburi
Archetype Thailand was awarded the architectural, interior and landscape design services for Dulapahills phase 2 and 3, following our successful work on the interior design of the first phase.
Dulapahills, developed and run by Dulapakorn Company Limited, is a senior wellness residential project in Sriracha, Chonburi, accommodating active seniors who wants to reward their after-work lives in a high-quality and healthy environment amidst a tranquil forest and woodland.
Phase 2 and 3 of the project include a total of 70 residential units. They are designed to generate a sense of close and comfortable neighborhood, considering concepts such as thermal comfort, typological diversity and integration with the surrounding green-spaces.
