The Livin Ramkhamhaeng in Bangkok appoints JWS Construction as Main Contractor
Risland Thailand is moving forward to construct The Livin Ramkhamhaeng, a high-rise condominium worth 4.9 billion baht, in an extension business district (EBD) location on Ramkhamhaeng Road only 100 metres from MRT Lam Sali Interchange station.
JWS Construction Co., Ltd. has been announced as the main contractor and the developers are confident of completing construction within Q2 2024.

‘The Livin Ramkhamhaeng’ is a high-rise condominium rising 42 storeys worth 4.9 billion baht, located on over 8 rai of land near the Lam Sali Intersection in close proximity to MRT Lam Sali Interchange which links to 3 MRT lines: the Orange Line, the Yellow Line and the Brown Line’s skywalk.
Project highlights include three-storey common areas totalling more than 1,900 square meters with all-inclusive facilities. The project also offers green areas of 6,000 square meters to keep residents close to nature. Construction is expected to be completed within the second quarter of 2024.
