Guest Speaker: Cindy Sirinya Bishop will present “#DontTellMeHowToDress”
Cindy Sirinya Bishop is a Super Model, Actress, TV Host and Activist who is possibly best known for her role as the host of Asia’s Next Top Model. Cindy is involved in many social causes, widely reported in local and international media, and we are privileged that she will talk at the SPET Annual Dinner about her achievements, ambitions and her current project #DontTellMeHowToDress.
The European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) described Gender-based violence (GBV) as a violation of human rights that is being committed against a person because of their gender. It is an act deeply rooted in gender inequality which both women and men are victims.
The #DontTellMeHowToDress is a multi-platform campaign that aims to eliminate all forms of GBV by utilizing both the traditional and technological approaches to generate attention and gather support from the public, law enforcement agencies, and policy makers.
