Overview
My client is an international architecture and design company and they are looking for a Finance Manager for their Thailand operations.
The job description for the Finance Manager is as listed below.
• Presenting financial reports and statements to key internal stakeholders in a timely manner, such as; profit, loss statements, forecasts, billings and budget analysis.
• Managing strict adherence to the company financial policies, procedures and document control (accordance with ISO 9001).
• Plan, calculate and process all local tax related requirements for the business
• Prepare month-end cash flow report to General Manager and CFO.
• Facilitate, prepare the annual forecast and budget requirements with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate and participate in the company internal and external auditing requirements.
• Review and ensure preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations including AP, AR, Accruals, Prepayments, Fixed Assets (Monthly)
Successful applicant must have:
• 10 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting and Thailand taxation requirements.
• International University – Degree in finance / Accounting
• Understanding of a project, and or; a dynamic service related business.
• Be detailed and able to present financial progress, forecasts and interpretative financial analytic to internal stakeholders.
• Be reliable (punctual), dedicated individual with a service minded approach individual.
• Have good written and English proficiency.

The job description for the Group Marketing Manager is as listed below.
• Must be with marketing experience in architectural design.
• Industry knowledge – customers, quotation process, site supervision.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must have a strong marketing and PR knowledge.
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role.
• A self-starter, motivated and results driven individual
• Workplace and internal communications and branding would be advantageous.

Overview
My client is an international architecture and design company and they are looking to recruit a portfolio director – architect leader for their Thailand operations.
The job duties for the portfolio director are as follows :
• Qualified and well experienced portfolio architect leader with a solid background in working on high rise, mix use building and iconic projects.
• Able to manage a diverse portfolio, as a ‘hands on’ manager and mentor to team to be able to deliver and overseas the design concept through to project completion on very small to ‘world class’ projects.
• Interface with our Business development team and be part of that team, as a technical expert when it comes to client presentations.
• Be able to develop and motivate a team and individuals to deliver high quality projects.
• Deliver results through design quality, managing people, processes, operational and commercial outcomes,
• Must have Bachelor degree at least 8+ years of experience in the desired role.
