As a not-for-profit, UK registered charity, CIArb works in the public interest through an international network of 37 branches.

The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Thailand Branch (CIArb Thailand) is a not-for-profit organisation working in the public interest to promote alternative dispute resolution (ADR) as a mode to resolve commercial disputes efficiently. For members, and where appropriate, non-members, CIArb offers a range of resources. It provides tools, support, advice, networking and promotional opportunities as well as facilities for hearings, meetings and other events.
