Thailand Construction News (TCN) is created by Quantity Surveying Consultants Ltd (QSC Ltd).
In 2000, we opened our Thai consulting company, Quantity Surveying Consultants Limited, more commonly known as QSC Ltd; established to provide Quantity Surveying, and Contract, Commercial and Claims Management consultancy services to the Construction & Engineering Industries in Thailand. The company is based just outside Bangkok in Samut Prakarn, near to the Suvarnabhumi International Airport.
In 2005, we commenced producing Thailand Construction News (more commonly known as “TCN”), Thailand’s first and still the only construction industries e-newsletter.
MANAGEMENT
Peter Carlisle is the Managing Director of Quantity Surveying Consultants Ltd. He is a Professional Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and an Associate of the Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb), with over thirty (30) years experience of employment for professional quantity surveying companies, claims consultants, engineering consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors and project Owners / Employers in England, Australia and Hong Kong, with the most recent two decades experience being here in Thailand.
Philaiporn Carlisle, is a Director of Quantity Surveying Consultants Ltd, and administers the company and assists Thai clients / candidates. Porn has a background in the Hotel industry as a Guest Relations Manager for many years. She is fluent in the languages of Thai, Laos and English, and can converse in German.
