N.S. Thiraphorn Suwansut, Assistant Executive Vice President at PD House International, addressed the current challenges in the home construction market. She expressed concern over decreasing consumer purchasing power and heightened competition. “We plan to utilize the innovative Bubble Deck structure to position ourselves as a leader in eco-friendly home construction,” she stated confidently.
The Bubble Deck system, a patented construction method from Denmark, stands out for its efficiency. It significantly reduces concrete usage, enhances insulation, and eliminates the need for beams, thus allowing for higher ceilings. Furthermore, this advanced technology, typically employed in large buildings, will be utilized in residential projects for the first time in Thailand. PD House intends to officially showcase this groundbreaking technology by the end of Q1 2025.
In response to these market conditions, PD House emphasizes the importance of improving communication with target consumers. The company has revamped its website and expanded its presence on social media platforms. Additionally, PD House has integrated an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to streamline its operations. This system will effectively manage project planning, accounting, and cost analysis, all while reducing paper use.
