Major new Vietnam golf course project launched in Quảng Ninh province
On October 24, in Dong Trieu Town, the ground-breaking ceremony of the Dong Trieu Golf Course project took place.
Attending the groundbreaking ceremony on the side of the Central Committee were comrades: Le Quoc Minh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of the People’s Newspaper; Nguyen Trung Khanh, Director General of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Dong Trieu Golf Course project is planned on an area of 130ha in An Sinh commune, Dong Trieu town, costing a total investment of over 1,200 billion VND.
The scale of the project includes building a 27-hole golf course according to international golf course criteria, serving about 800 guests/day. In which, the planning area of a golf course is 128.72 hectares, the rest is traffic infrastructure.
Dong Trieu golf course will have low-rise accommodation projects, high-rise hotels, golf training courses, green infrastructure, landscape, amusement parks, and high-class eco-resort space.
According to the representative of the investor, the project is expected to be completed and put into operation in the third quarter of 2024.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Thi Hanh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, emphasized: The groundbreaking of Dong Trieu Golf Course is part of a series of four groundbreaking events, starting key and driving projects in the area, Quang Ninh province on October 24.
The implementation and construction of the Dong Trieu Golf Course Project has made positive contributions to improving the tourism and service values of the province, creating more jobs and incomes for workers, and increasing revenue for the state budget. country, contributing to promoting socio-economic development of Dong Trieu town in particular and Quang Ninh province in general.
Hạ Long City, Đông Triều Golf Course Hạ Long Green Complex Urban Area is the largest new project announced, with an estimated investment capital of VNĐ232.4 trillion.
The project, which is invested by a consortium of Ingroups JSC and Vinhomes JSC, will become Quảng Ninh’s and the country’s new centre of economy, culture, and tourism.
