The Baiyoke Group has begun construction on a 500-million-baht mixed-use project featuring a medical mall and a four-star hotel near Victory Monument, opposite Rajavithi Hospital.
The development includes a four-storey Med Mall offering pharmacies, medical supplies and health services, and a five-storey, 79-room hotel.
Retail space is now open for lease.
The mall is expected to open by late 2026 or early 2027, with the hotel to follow.
