Meinhardt Thailand awarded major consultancy contract for CPGC Industrial Estate project in Rayong Province
Meinhardt Thailand has been awarded a major consultancy contract for the CPGC Industrial Estate project in Rayong Province. The project spans over 3,068-1-15 rais of land (490 ha) and will be developed in three phases, including approximately 10 km of roadway.
On September 19, 2024, our Managing Director, YaoHui Chen and Director, Khun Sasiporn Sirilatthaporn, attended the MOU signing ceremony with Mr. Yang Fan, CEO of CG Corporation Company Limited. This significant milestone marks the official commencement of our involvement in the CPGC Industrial Estate project. We are thrilled to be part of this important development and look forward to contributing our expertise to its successful completion.
Meinhardt Thailand will provide a comprehensive range of services, including:
• : Civil & Geotechnical, Structural, MEP engineering design, Project Management, and Construction Management.
• ( ): Architectural, Civil & Structural, MEP engineering design, Project Management, Procurement, and Construction Management. The office building, located in Phase 1 of the commercial area, will have a total GFA of 1,997 square meters.
